Our Commercial Law practice is rooted in a long-standing tradition of complex litigation and strategic advisory work for both domestic and international business clients.

We assist our clients across the full spectrum of commercial legal matters, including the negotiation and performance of contracts, disputes between commercial partners, contractual and tort liability issues, as well as matters relating to the recognition and enforcement of foreign judgments. Our experience also extends to high-value and sensitive cases, both in litigation and arbitration.

Prior to any dispute, we take a proactive approach to identify risks early and secure contractual relationships. We advise and represent clients at the pre-litigation stage, including in relation to interim relief and conservatory measures. Where proceedings become necessary, we act for our clients at every stage of the dispute, before courts of first instance, on appeal, and before the Court of Cassation, combining rigorous legal analysis with responsiveness and a results-driven mindset.
